Description

We are a retail company based in Elland supplying both Led lighting and uPVC door and window hardware.

The majority of our sales are online and over the phone, we do have a small retail counter should customers wish to call in to buy products.

This is a part time and permanent position.

The role is varied and will need the successful applicant to be comfortable with both telephone and face to face interactions with our customers.

Product knowledge is not important as full training will be given.

The successful applicant will need to be a confident and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills. A good knowledge of basic computer operation is an advantage.

This a multi task role and as a small business the role can vary slightly with the needs of the business.

We are strictly looking for non-smokers only.

The hours are Monday to Friday, excellent rates of pay and bonus scheme for the successful applicant.
