The Recruitment Co are looking for a permanent Customer Supply Coordinator to join our client based in New Mills, who are a market leader in the confectionery industry.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Order Input & Administration
  • Customer Liaison
  • KPI / Shortage Reporting
  • Update orders when required and make necessary amendments, chasing outstanding information.
  • Interact with Service team to gain updated information on customer deliveries.
  • Work with export colleagues and other contacts on the creation and administration of export certification and corresponding documentation pertaining to the delivery of shipments destined for NI and ROI.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Team / Account Managers on ensuring pricing, promotional and other relevant information is correct and in place to successfully process sales orders.
  • Evaluate orders and assess them for the correct MOQ and MOV, contact customers to amend orders as necessary to ensure they meet these criteria.
  • Support the Commercial Team / Account Managers with order information when required including updating on any late and / or failed deliveries.
  • Work with sales and the customer supply team to develop an allocation plan when necessary.
  • Support the Customer Supply Manager in providing information required for joint supply chain plans and adhoc customer queries.
  • Update Master Data in AS400, including raising new SKU codes when requested.
  • Respond to customer queries which come into the business via the sales shared inbox.
  • Raise Customer Collections Notes and process these when required

Key Attributes include:

  • IT literate with experience of MS office
  • Experience with AS400 / iSeries or similar for
order entry

  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal
skills. Comfortable liaising with individuals at all
levels.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Sound understanding of basic supply chain
principles, transport processes and export
paperwork procedures.

  • Able to work to strict deadlines and remain calm
under pressure.

  • Proactively seeks improved ways of working and
adoption of best practice principles.

  • Displays behaviours aligned to the company core
values


Shift:
Monday - Friday 9am-3pm


Salary:

£22,500 - £24,500 (£ £13.50 per hour)
