An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cardio-Respiratory Department as an Administration Assistant.


The successful applicant will be adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment undertaking a range of administration processes with confidence and efficiency.

The role involves filing, preparation of patient case notes for clinic, booking appointments, adding referrals to the waiting list amongst other duties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to carry out duties with tact, diplomacy and sensitivity.


To support the co-ordination of the administration arrangements to provide a high quality supportive secretarial and administrative service to the Cardio-Respiratory team, administrative and management teams.

To work independently and be accountable for organising/prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
