The role is more crucial then ever as more and more businessesare noticing the affect of customer service in regards to customer retention, profit and reputation.


The Role:

  • As a Client Development Director, you will be responsible for managing up to 80 PLC accounts building strong, professional relationships.
  • Support the clients values of growth, relevance, and impact
  • Achieve personal targets and contribute to strategic growth plans
  • Ensure members values align with our clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Exhibit excellent customer service knowledge and insights to help Member implement effective strategies.
  • Analyse data to create a deep understanding of member needs and behaviours

Requirements:


  • Commercially and geopolitically aware
  • Expert within customer service
  • Exceptional understanding of Account Management within PLCs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Able to research effective and relevant information
  • Highly organised and selfmotivated
  • Thrives on success
  • Prepared to initiate and follow through on challenging conversations
  • Experience navigating corporate structures and advising at C-Level
