Salary:
£28,000 to £34,000 per annum depending on experience
Working:
Monday to Friday with flexible working options available
Location:
Hybrdi working with flexibility between home and office (RG41), some office attendance will be required
Start:
Early September 2023
We're looking for someone to assist in our European People team to help organize and drive agenda and execution of our people-centric initiatives.
This is a varied role with plenty of creativity alongside the opportunity to work within a business spanning across the UK and Europe.
What will you be doing?
- Diary Management for People Director
- Communication and project management of key People Strategy initiatives
- Creation of internal marketing collateral
- Creation and distribution of internal comms
- Collation, copywriting and design of European newsletter and HR news creation. Including management of content collation, content requests, copywriting, translation and distribution
- PowerPoint deck creation and support
- Ensuring brand consistency and tone across all content production
- Working with external suppliers including artworkers
- Supplier exploration, research and shortlisting
- Negotiating new supplier agreements
- Document and TEAMS site management and administration
- Management of talent and attraction based social media
- Research on employment statistics and internal employee data compilation
- Collation and formatting of internal European data
- Collation and circulation of case studies
- Project management and support for ASL Group projects including Great Place to Work and EcoVadis across businesses
