Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a new opportunity in Stirling?

A successful and expanding roofing and building maintenance company serving domestic and commercial clients across Central Scotland is seeking a Building Surveyor to support the increasing demand for their services.

You will play a key role in the development, management, and control of maintenance and repair projects, and work closely with the Contracts Director to ensure the effective delivery of projects from the first point of contact to the completion of work.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Conducting surveys to identify roofing/building issues.
Creating small works, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Supervising and coordinating operatives.
Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance work.
Carrying out quality assurance checks.
Developing maintenance budgets and negotiating client contracts.

To be considered for this role, you will have strong attention to detail, a good technical understanding of roofing and building systems, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A clean UK driving license is also essential.
