About Our Client:


You will be working for a large organisation who is thriving within their industry, a company that has recently acquired another organisation and business is busy.

With an excellent reputation, they have key goals to develop high performing teams and help individuals succeed.


The position is deal for someone who has experience working in a busy transactional role that is looking to bring more variety into their day to day duties and tasks.


As the Sales Ledger Clerk you will:

  • Oversee work for junior members of the team and assisting with any invoice queries
  • Contributing towards the resolution of aged debt
  • Set up new client accounts and reconcile valuation
  • Raise and send invoices
  • Process and allocate payments on to the ledger
  • Resolve client account queries
  • Assist the Sales Ledger Manager with month end

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in being a good communicator when dealing with invoice queries
  • Sound system usage and the ability to use excel to an intermediate level
  • Experience of processing sales invoices in medium to large organisation
