About Our Client:
You will be working for a large organisation who is thriving within their industry, a company that has recently acquired another organisation and business is busy.
The position is deal for someone who has experience working in a busy transactional role that is looking to bring more variety into their day to day duties and tasks.
As the Sales Ledger Clerk you will:
- Oversee work for junior members of the team and assisting with any invoice queries
- Contributing towards the resolution of aged debt
- Set up new client accounts and reconcile valuation
- Raise and send invoices
- Process and allocate payments on to the ledger
- Resolve client account queries
- Assist the Sales Ledger Manager with month end
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Demonstrable experience in being a good communicator when dealing with invoice queries
- Sound system usage and the ability to use excel to an intermediate level
- Experience of processing sales invoices in medium to large organisation
