An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established Legal Law firm, based in Manchester.You will be working within the client services team, speaking to new clients to act as a liaison between new clients and departments, bydelivering accurate contact information and a detailed description of the query.

Our client are a well established Legal Law firm based in Manchester, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their client services team.
Description
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:
- As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be supporting clients with queries
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to build trust and ensure repeat custom and client recommendations.
- Ensure customer enquiries are picked up promptly by the relevant department
- Problem and query resolution
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Profile
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in a customer focused role is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills
Job Offer
Salary £20,000 - £21,000

Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
