An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established Legal Law firm, based in Manchester.

You will be working within the client services team, speaking to new clients to act as a liaison between new clients and departments, bydelivering accurate contact information and a detailed description of the query.

Description

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be supporting clients with queries
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to build trust and ensure repeat custom and client recommendations.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are picked up promptly by the relevant department
  • Problem and query resolution
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload

Profile

  • To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer focused role is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills

Job Offer
Salary £20,000 - £21,000
