Inclusion & Diversity Lead(part time)

Locations:
Reading (with flexibility for remote working)


Salary:
circa £40,000 per annum FTE(based on 35 hours)

The Corporate Inclusion & Diversity Lead will play a pivotal part in helping us shape and Implement our Inclusion & Diversity strategy and, through strong stakeholder engagement, will be responsible for ensuring inclusion &Diversity is at the heart of everythingwe do.

This is a part time role (21 hours a week over 3 days)


Person specification:
Knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of Inclusion & Diversity together with a strong consultative approach
  • Global mindset and emotional intelligence to engage effectively across different regional operating countries
  • Understanding and experience of working to achieve Level 3: Disability Confident Leader

Desirable:

  • Understanding and experience of the UK government Social Value Model
  • Understanding of safeguarding of vulnerable groups in the UK and international contexts, where legislation and cultural norms differ
  • Knowledge of Prince2 Agile methodology
  • Some knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Experience


Essential:

  • Experience working in an Inclusion & Diversity role within a global organisation
  • Successful, measurable track record of improving I&D engagement and metrics
  • Experience managing key stakeholders and building effective relationships across all levels of an organisation

Desirable:

  • Experience in advocating for change in I&D provision with external stakeholders
