JOB TITLE:
Kitchen & Housekeeping Assistant


RESPONSIBLE TO:
Catering Manager /Centre Manager

Todds Leap have a vacancy for Kitchen and Housekeeping Assistant to work in our hospitality team.

The role will involve both serving and looking after customers in the restaurant and helping to maintain a high level of cleanliness in both our restaurant and on-site accommodation.

Full-time hours are available, but please note the position will involve weekend work.


Summary of Main Duties:


  • Organising seating, welcoming guests to restaurant
  • Taking customer orders & serving food/drinks
  • Clearing tables
  • Operation of till
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Washing dishes
  • Assisting with general cleaning of Clubhouse and Cabins
This list is not exhaustive and additional duties may be required.


Skills/Qualities Required:


  • Have the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent customer service skills - previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, with experience in a hospitality environment preferred
  • Have a high regard for neatness and cleanliness
  • Be a fluent English speaker

Rates of Pay:


  • Negotiable depending upon experience

Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
