Birmingham Runner is an established and popular specialist running store with over 20 years of experience serving the local community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering great customer service within a specialist environment.

As a Supervisor you will play an important role in the business, supporting the Store Manager to motivate a team to deliver first class service and meet business targets.

• A keen interest in sport & fitness.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous Retail Management/supervisory experience.
• Be IT literate, preferably including MS Word and Excel.
• Work well in a small team environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The position will also involve:

• Providing support to the sales team on the sales floor.
• Serving customers instore.

Job Type: 25 hours per week with the potential of extra hours at busier periods of the year.


Job Types:

Salary:
£6.83-£9.50 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
