• Create highfidelity mockups, wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes that define interaction and interface for new and existing products and features for identified strategic trading workflows for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product management and business analysts to brainstorm new ideas, and understand target goals.
• Support projects from initial design to final production.
• Communicate design ideas and problems clearly and confidently.
• Understand the context and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to hand off design mockups that ensure the fidelity of designs & product requirements to reach highquality, delightful, and bugfree products.
• We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience creating complex, highloaded multiinput systems (financial, banking, monitoring, etc.)
• Advanced prototyping skills
• Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Knowledge of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs, including Google's material design.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma: experience using components, automatic layouts, color, and text styles, working with vectors, and using plugins.
• We expect you to speak English at least the Upper-Intermediate level.
• Be ready for us to ask you to showcase your current portfolio.
