Site Agent - Co. Derry - £40,000 - £45,000

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate all site activities, including material and equipment delivery, workforce management, and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and requirements
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Oversee the construction process and ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards
  • Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or project management
  • Knowledge of civil engineering or construction projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
