MBA are proud to be recruiting for a global market leading claims management and loss adjusting company.

Due to growth and demand we are seeking an experienced Senior Liability Adjuster to be able to cover the South East of England.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working in a pivotal role proactively handling and settling a technically complex caseload of third-party liability claims, typically of high value.

Your portfolio of work will consist of a mixture of more complex employers' liability, public liability and property liability, mainly on a cradle to grave basis.

Experience:

Proven ability to handle and extensive and technically complex range of EL / PL and Property liability claims including claims involving third party property damage.
Extensive experience of writing investigation reports
Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting arena
Proven proficient working knowledge of scoping software and handheld device use.
Good negotiation skills for arranging appointments when required, alternative accommodation and explaining information when there is pushback on settlement
To understand what matter to the customer and to put this first putting yourself in their shoes
Good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail
Flexibility in travelling
Full UK driving licence
