CHILDREN'S POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR WORKER (SUPPORT WORKER)

1848 Ltd are looking for people with the skills to be a good parent to our young people and who want to stay, grow and develop with us in our Children's Homes.


Would you like to become one of our:


  • CHILDREN'S POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR WORKERS (SUPPORT WORKERS)

£25, £28,216.80 pa. Salary is inclusive of 9 sleep-in payments per month. Sleep-ins are paid at £55.00 per night.

The above salary is full-time (pro rata for part-time) and dependent upon qualifications and experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Plus Golden Hello Incentive:

We are looking for forward thinking and dynamic Positive Behaviour Workers to work with us. As a Positive Behaviour Worker, you will need to have, or want to achieve, the skills, qualifications and experience to support our young people with their daily lives, build life skills and help develop independence. We provide excellent training and CPD to all our staff and you will have the opportunity to achieve
Level 3 Children's and Young people's Health and Social Care (or equivalent), Level 3 Certificate in Child & Adolescent Mental Health and Positive Behaviour Support Courses Level 1 or 2 as a minimum.
At 1848 we have Children's Homes across Somerset in varying locations (urban and rural).
