Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the barand food production areas
  • Ensure highquality service and customer satisfaction
  • Train and supervise staff members, including bartenders and assistant managers
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and scheduling

Note:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, specifically in coffee shops, banquets, catering, or hotels, is highly preferred.


Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
