Are you working in a role that encompasses a variety of different projects ? Are you keen to develop your project management skills more ?

Projects can be defined and delivered within different contexts, they can be large or small.

Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success, and the associate project manager programme will provide you with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to deliver highly effective project management.

From Project structure & Governance, to resource management and stakeholder management, this programme will guide you through the project lifecycle and look at variety of tools and processes to help equip you for excellent project planning and delivery.

This programme will take 18 to 24 months to complete and will include a range of practical skills training and theoretical key knowledge before you will undertake the final programme assessment.

Your learning will be delivered through a combination of face-to-face sessions, remote smart classroom, and e-learning modules.
