12 month vacancy with a prestigious organisation

  • Salary up to £40k, hybrid working

About Our Client:

Our client is a prestigious educational organisation based in Leeds City Centre. They offer hyrbid working up to 2 days per week.

Employee Relations: Lead and provide support on various employee relations matters, including discipline, grievance, and absence management. Handle complex casework effectively and in line with established procedures.

HR Generalist duties: Engage in a range of HR activities such as recruitment, learning and development, job evaluation, and HR projects. Collaborate closely with payroll and timetabling support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Management, Guidance, and Support: Offer guidance and support to HR Advisers and HR Administrators, fostering a collaborative and efficient HR team.

Ensure the delivery of effective HR services across the organisation
Communication:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Convey complex information clearly and succinctly to various stakeholders.


The Successful Applicant:

Education and Qualifications: Hold a degree-level qualification and/or possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification.

Experience: Possess substantial experience in dealing with employee relations issues and casework. Prior experience in disciplinary, grievance, and absence management is essential.

Communication: Display exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
