CRM Solutions Manager - Salesforce

London/Working From Home

Monday to Friday hrs per week


The CRM Solutions Manager is responsible for the strategic alignment, technology roadmap and day-to-day running of the technology platforms, tools and technical resources/capabilities which support our Client Relationship, Product, Marketing and Sales functionsto drive revenue growth.


This role will be the principal owner for the Corporate Markets CRM, Salesforce, and will need to be able to both develop and implement solutions to ensure Salesforce supports us to drive efficiency, customer insights and revenue growth.


What you will be doing:


  • Ensuring software/integration/data migration components are built to align to the business objectives of the project.
  • Configuring outofthebox functionality, and where necessary writing and implementing efficient, quality code, that aligns to development principles.
  • Engagement and delivery responsibility in working with delivery partners and vendors to deliver appropriate solutions for our business.
  • Development of effective automations & journeys, and visibility to relevant metrics
  • Developing prototypes and wireframes for design discussions.
  • Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting, including technical specification, security design, and data dictionary
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and users across Corporate Markets to ensure our solutions align with their vision and needs
  • Coordinating development resources, as the team grows and expands (onshore or offshore)

What we're looking for:


  • Proven experience working within a CRM/Loyalty program within a consumer environment
  • Technical CRM experience & knowledge, with specific capability in Salesforce
  • Strong delivery & project management skills; outcomes focused & commercially minded
  • Robust ability to interrupt data and provide sound recommendations
  • Strong QA and attention to detail
  • Innovate, coming up with creative, robust and quality solutions to problems.
  • Effective communication skills across teams
  • A collaborative spirit.
  • A passion for Salesforce, its ecosystem, technology and ethos.
