My client a not-for-profit provider of community health and social care services are recruiting a Facilities professional on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will work closely with Facilities and Contracts Manager to develop and deliver a vision in respect of business growth, site management, team leadership and working practicesSkills and experience:
- Premises and facilities management hard and soft services.
- A good understanding of contracting, finance/budget management and lease agreements.
- Monitoring and analysing contracts and SLA's ensuring compliance with Contract specifications and legislation.
In particular the post holder will:
- Provide day to day support for multi sites to ensure the provision of a safe and appropriate working environment.
- Act as a key contact for responding to any issues arising. Use initiative and creativity to enable, promote, and support effective use of each site.
- Support the completion of refurbishment projects and effectively monitoruse of accommodation
- Contribute to and support the development of the team, effectively promoting the role of Front of House.
