Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Building a delivery plan, cutting the plan in different ways for communications and stakeholder management and understanding and articulation of the Critical Path
- Understanding the financial position of the project and accurately forecasting the funding needed to deliver successfully and to approved budget
- Effectively motivating and inspiring the project team to deliver the desired outcomes
- Creating and implementing a stakeholder management and communications plan
- Ensuring the project is delivered with the appropriate level of control for the change being implemented
- Development and documenting of an appropriate business case
- Understand the bank's Risk Management Framework, and complying with the frameworks, policies and operating procedures
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Experience delivering benefits via projects and programmes in a challenging fast paced financial services organisation environment
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and broad business awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work confidently, thinking strategically and driving execution at all levels
- Relevant project management qualification
- Ability to adapt to different project management styles and methodology
