More about your role


You will be an integral part of our Development Team, supporting the Development Director in the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition and new business growth strategy for the region delivering more than 600 dwellings per annum viaenquiries, searches, direct approach, with an existing network of contacts in our core areas of operation.


You will pro-actively source, manage and progress suitable land opportunities for new potential developments, effectively valuating and negotiating to ensure feasibility and profitability as well as securing a pipeline of strategic land opportunities.

More about you


We are looking for someone with a collaborative nature, someone who enjoys working with a team using the skills and expertise of colleagues to deliver projects.

You will also need strong IT skills and be an assured presenter to senior stakeholders, ableto quickly appraise Directors of site/build performance.
