Our client is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of up to 10 individuals, driving data maturity, and providing leadership in a hybrid and remote work environment.

If you are a strong people manager with expertise in BI tools, SQL, data modelling, and Salesforce, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of data management in the education sector.


THE ROLE:


As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse team working in both hybrid and remote settings within the education sector.

Your responsibilities include fostering a collaborative and productive team environment, hands-on improvement of data maturity, guidance through daily activities, and training and mentoring team members.

Your expertise in BI tools, SQL, data modelling, and Salesforce will be crucial to the success of the team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of up to 10 individuals, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture in both hybrid and remote work settings within the education sector.
  • Be handson in improving data maturity and guiding the team through daily activities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Utilise BI tools, SQL, and data modelling to drive datadriven insights in an educational context.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align data strategies with educational objectives.
  • Utilise Salesforce experience to enhance data processes and workflows in an educational setting.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5 years or more of experience in data management and analytics.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 4/5 people in the past.
  • Strong people management skills, especially in a hybrid and remote work environment within an educational context.
  • Expertise in BI tools, SQL, and data modelling.
  • Experience with Salesforce and understanding its impact on data processes within education.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
