We are currently working with a specialist in the maintenance, supply and installation of passenger, goods and platform lifts across the Southeast of England, who are actively recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their team in Aylesford.
Founded in 1988, my client has been providing solutions to the Lift Industry for over 30 years, building an excellent reputation throughout the sector.
The role of the Service Administrator will involve;
- Working collaboratively with the Field Engineers, Field Supervisor and Service Manager.
- Liaising directly with clients to address maintenance issues, job requests and dealing with enquiries.
- Logging bookings, allocating jobs to Field Engineers, updating job sheets and ensuring timely submission of timesheets for all field staff.
- Scheduling jobs, prioritising repairs and organising the callout rota.
- Speaking to the Field Engineers directly in order to book in annual leave requests, unauthorised absences or any other general queries.
- Using the company booking system effectively.
- Own transport, due to location of the Head Office.
- Previous experience as a Service Administrator, ideally in an engineering field.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- A basic salary of up to £26,000 per annum.
- 25 days' annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and an extra day per year for your birthday

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
