Must have:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a professional operational environment internship or entry level role
• Experience in data analysis, maintaining business communications
• Business management/academic background highly advantageous
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to understand and work with data to support operational decision making
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
• Willingness to travel regularly across the West Midlands region

Responsibilities:

Travel around West Midlands and conduct on street research to highlight strategic business opportunities in existing parking structure

Conduct data analysis to identify potential parking network expansion opportunities

Analyse footfall, demand, transport links, visibility, accessibility, and rider behaviour across parking network

Develop clear and visually compelling parking proposals for councils and partners

Support engagement with landowners, businesses, universities, and developers

Assist with securing approvals and onboarding new parking locations

Review and improve on street infrastructure, branding, and asset placement

Monitor live parking performance, compliance, and operational challenges

Use data, rider feedback, and field insights to continuously improve the parking network
