**Business Development Manager - Cashless Catering EPOS Solutions

Covering the Midlands and North of England**My client is a software solutions company who specialise in cashless catering for schools throughout the UK.

This includes EPOS systems, an online pre ordering app, nutritional information support, grab and go kiosks, vending and even loyalty schemes.

We'relooking for someone to join the sales team in a new business focused capacity to help grow the already successful business even further


The Role:


  • Selling cashless catering and EPOS solutions to schools and colleges
  • This includes software and associated hardware and you'll be dealing with catering organisations within schools as well as the schools themselves.
  • This is a home based role working remotely covering the North of England and Midlands. There will be a monthly meeting in the Midlands office, the rest of the time is remote.
  • This is a new business focused position, identifying leads but also working with a strong marketing department who provide leads and incoming enquiries too
  • There is a lot of potential in the area and the solutions are linked to online payment and ID management solutions that the business also provides.

The Person:


  • We're looking for someone with experience selling an EPOS related solution, either software or hardware (or both), ideally into hospitality, retail or education
  • You'll have strong new business skills and be confident building new relationships
  • You'll understand how to build and work a sales pipeline as lead times can be long depending on whether a tender process is involved.
  • Fantastic communication skills are a must, and the ability to engage at all levels from headteacher to catering staff.
