Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans
  • Assist with curriculum development and preparation of teaching materials
  • Supervise and engage with children during activities and playtime
  • Provide care and support for toddlers and preschoolaged children
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£82.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Southport, PR9 9LN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Teaching assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- working in schools: 1 year (preferred)
