Description
We are now recruiting for a Temporary Sales Administrator for our client based in the Ilkeston area. This is for approximately 3-6 months

Duties

  • First point of contact for customer enquiries
Quote generation and follow-up.

Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to proactively seek sales generation opportunities through the identification and management of designated customer accounts.

Work closely with the Technical Advisors in the identification of opportunities and quote generation
Liaise with all relevant departments to obtain accurate information which will facilitate the winning of orders
Help promote new initiatives and product innovations through usual communication routes with merchants
Ensure, where appropriate, all information and actions are entered onto the CRM system and other relevant databases

What we are looking for

  • Previous proven Sales Administration experience
Good IT knowledge, attention to detail. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Available for a long term, temporary role

  • Ilkeston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales administration: 3 years (preferred)
