Area Operational Support working for a prestigious client based in
Broughton, Chester.


The role is based on a
hybrid working model, working
Monday - Thursday giving the opportunity to
work from home
90% of the time.

The hours of working are between , 9 hours a day with no bank holiday working.


To provide operational support to the National Account Director and National Operations Manager by assisting in the development of the Branch through maintenance of records, contracts, IT systems and general office duties.


  • To be the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • To update and maintain customer information as required.
  • Ensure that all rostering is accurate in order to ensure mínimal pay queries, no dropped shifts and that accurate invoices may be produced and dispatched within required timescales.
  • Administration of any reporting processes required by the National Operations Manager e.g. Branch reports
  • To maintain staff HR records / P.files appropriately for the Branch
  • Take detailed notes on any issues including investigations / disciplinaries / capability & performance etc. and ensuring Company Policies / Procedures are adhered to.
  • Assist in the management of all direct and indirect costs to ensure these match the requirements for the effective operation of the Contract including recruitment, training, expenses etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of all operational data; and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise, taking action where needed
  • Support the Branch with the preparation of Audit and Compliance reporting Securitas Security Services (UK) Ltd Airbus Area Operational Support

  • Assist in the recruitment and succession planning to ensure that the Branch has the capability to deliver consistent high levels of service and contingency.
  • To be aware of, and (with the assistance of support functions) ensure all staff and officers in the Branch comply with, all aspects of Securitas Policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements; and can demonstrate appropriate levels of control.
  • To actively participate and support the development of the Branch through involvement in the development of the Securitas strategy through involvement with Company and Area initiatives and projects
  • To carry out reasonable requests from the Client and Senior Management team including support during Emergency and Unusual situations.
  • Travel Booking, Holiday requests, Expenses, Uniform ordering
  • Invoicing, PO raising
  • Consumables product sourcing/charging
  • Workforce movement tracking/process (leavers/recruits)
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable as directed and evaluated against working time/capacity available
  • Any other duties as directed by the Airbus Account Senior Management
