Job brief:
We are seeking a talented social media content creator to join our social team and help us deliver award-winning social media content, photography, and video for recent new client wins.
Potski Media is the fastest-growing PR, social media, content, and events agency in motorcycling, working with some of the biggest names in bikes, and rapidly expanding into adventure sports, too.
The role will be based at our offices near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, two days a week, with hybrid working the rest of the time.
Salary range:
£25,000 (tbc depending on experience)
Role Overview/Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain social media channels for multiple clients
Create and edit excellent photo and video content for social media channels, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Develop and manage weekly social media marketing plans
Keep ahead of new trends, algorithm changes and new opportunities for our clients
Contribute, plan, research and execute opportunities to create industry-leading content across various platforms and formats.
Contribute ideas to rolling content plans alongside the wider client and social team
Create exceptional quality written editorial content
Assist with management of day-to-day running of key client's social media activities across multiple channels - including, but not limited to, creating, planning, and scheduling exclusive content, as well as reacting to changing trends, engaging with audience and community management.
Assist with key client's social media influencer strategy alongside Account Managers/Directors
Integrate into client team, including developing strong relationships and communication with key client contacts
Assist clients and the wider Potski Media team on PR and customer events where necessary
Assist the wider Potski Media team on other accounts and meetings where applicable
Requirements:
Proven working experience in content creation, journalism, marketing, agency social media or creative role
An excellent and accurate writer with a creative eye for detail for both short and long-form content
Strong understanding of social media delivery, techniques, and current social trends
Passionate and knowledgeable about motorcycles and the motorcycle industry
Experience in managing social media accounts at a professional level
Able to cut, film, edit and produce video content to a professional standard
A can-do attitude and exceptional team player
Be an ambassador for Potski Media at public-facing events
Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Willing and able to travel for work
Some knowledge of graphic design software is desirable
Educated to a minimum of A-Level standard preferable
A full driving licence is essential
A full motorcycle licence is preferable (but not a deal breaker)

Salary:
£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
