Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Debt Collector to join our team. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze financial information.


Duties:

• Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements
• Analyze financial information to determine the best course of action for debt collection
• Utilize accounting software for data entry and tracking of debt collection activities
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism

Skills:

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial services and accounts receivable
• Ability to analyze financial information and make informed decisions
• Proficient in data entry and working with accounting software
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus

Pay:
£17,228.98-£24,726.55 per year
