Our client is in search of a Receptionist/Administrator with strong customer service skills to join their small but vibrant property company based in Edinburgh City Centre
Within the role you will be the first point of contact for clients, customers and viewing agents coming into the office, answering telephone calls - responding to queries, transferring and taking messages - as for administration, your duties would involve;booing viewings, couriers, taxis managing the general inbox and assisting managers and partners with more general administration.
This is a very varied role which takes an individual that can use their own initiative and engage themselves with all levels of clientele in a professional manner.
