Description
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to assist with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls professionally.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial.

From £23,593.52 per year
