Description

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to assist with inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls professionally.
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions.

Experience:


  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial.

Job Types:

Pay:
From £23,593.52 per year
