*Breakfast Chef - Potential Live in**Four Star Lakeside Country House Hotel,*Windermere, Lakes**£24,000+ DoE +Gratuity c. £2K**Live in if required**In a nutshell*- Iconic, sumptuous, independent hotel is looking for an experienced, Breakfast Chef who has a proven record within a two rosette level kitchen, cooking breakfast for up to 75 daily.
*The Role*- Responsible for the day to day running of breakfast service within this fabulously romantic hotel
- Very much a handson role involved in the day to day running of breakfast
- Assisting Head Chef and his team with prep for evening service
- Strong background in a highend kitchen
- Unphased by the unexpected
- An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view
- An understanding of commercial realities
- Five day working week, 40 hours a week
- Same two days off every week
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
