The Connells Group is the largest and most profitable estate agent in the UK with over 1200 branches from Scotland to the South coast of England.

The GEM Lettings Department helps to support the branch network through generating new business and retaining currentbusiness.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • The GEM Lettings Negotiator roles support the branch network through driving new customer acquisition and maximising
  • Missed opportunities across our estate agency KPI's. The roles are all telephone based and require all personnel to offer
  • Amazing customer service levels whilst crossselling at all times where required.
  • This is a varied and busy role requiring a high attention to detail as well as a strong drive on winning new business for the group.

KEY ACTIVITIES

GEM Sales Negotiator Retention:


  • Act as a 'frontline' of communication for customers looking to end business with the estate agency brands within the Connells Group.
  • Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times by carefully listening to all customers requirements, maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary followup action is taken at the earliest opportunity
  • Liaising with local branches across the country to retain business and create new business within the group.
  • Book market appraisals, mortgage appointments and retain contracts for all estate agency brands.
  • Work on a variety of data sources in a test capacity.
  • Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your key performance indicators (KPI's) at every opportunity

Ensure department and company objectives are met / exceeded:

  • Log into call queues to assist internal customers
  • Ensure professional end to end service delivery is provided
  • Understand and comply with all company and department policies
  • Undertake other duties as required
  • Adopt a flexible working approach and a 'can do' attitude
