We are proud to be partnering with a children's bereavement charity to help find their new Team Administrator on a 3 month contract with scope for the role to become permanent.

This is an office based role in Mill Hill, with some home working.


You will be an integral member of the organisation and will support the exec team with facilitating meetings and taking minutes.

You will also provide admin support to the HR team and will assist with sending out contracts and offer letters to new employees and contractors.

There are some financial responsibilities and you will process expenses and timesheets for external contractors.


This is a diverse role where no 2 days will be the same, so if you are a driven, multi-talented administrator who would like to work for an organisation with purpose, then this is a great opportunity.
