Our packaging client who is based in Godmanchester - Cambridgeshire is looking for 2 internal Sales Coordinators to join their dynamic sales team.


This is an office bound position and does not involve travelling to clients.

PURPOSE:


The Internal Sales Coordinator will deliver a first class service to our customers through excellent management of a portfolio of accounts allocated.

Having close interaction with planning/production/operations to ensure the business provides a high level ofcustomer service at all times.


JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Manage a full portfolio of accounts as allocated
  • Ensure that procedures within the department are followed
  • Provide information in a concise and timely manner, to both customers and members of the company
  • Raising orders and ensuring that prices are in line with agreed contracts
  • Scheduling Deliveries and liaising with customers
  • Create weekly stock reports and ensure they are sent to the customer
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively plan and manage customer accounts for order receipt.
  • Build positive, effective relationships, and proactively communicates the status of orders with customers.
  • Adheres to the requirements of managing customer accounts and developing effective ways of working.
  • Making Amendments to production instructions in line with Customer Requirements
  • Grow product knowledge both through regular product training and from working alongside internal departments
  • To ensure and maintain the departments targets and KPI's are achieved through management of allocated accounts
  • Manage delivery / disposal of aged stock
  • Assist in covering accounts within the team when colleagues on annual leave

MUST HAVE:


  • First class telephone manner and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver a high standard of service
  • Self-Motivated and the ability to motivate others
  • Process relevant information quickly and easily
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • Team Player
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm
