Creative Producer

We are seeking a Creative Producer, an enthusiastic person who can contribute in a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization.

This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.

The role needs a deep understanding of the creative production process and a familiarity with all types of creative assets.

You will need to be an extremely organized and meticulous thinker. Someone who thinks one step ahead, but who is also able to adjust to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do:

Flawlessly manage any project from endtoend (from initiation, definition, through to delivery)
Help to define project scope, estimate and writing scopes of works and technical specifications whilst working closely with the project team in the creation of projects specifications and timelines
Develop relationships with all team members and agencies across your POD
Show a high degree of independence and autonomy in decisionmaking
Be a reference point for expert creative production and project management advice and ensure the highest standards are maintained
Cultivate great ideas and find the best delivery approach to support creative, while ensuring commercial success
Ensure ideas are realistic and achievable, and relentlessly work to find the best delivery solution within time and budget
Help to drive the agency's creative agenda, contributing innovative production ideas that help make our work effective and famous
Ownership of project, proactively and appropriately handling project scope and resources within budget
Management of agencies from a production perspective
Proactively seek out project risks and ensure clear mitigation plans and solutions are in place
Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents
Manage the creative resource needs behind a project, working closely with the resource manager

Who you are:

4+ years Creative Production or integrated project management experience
Solid understanding of processes, workflows, tools and methodologies
Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, honed listening skills
Constantly able to demonstrate that you are on top of your projects. Brilliant communicator, pathfinder and problem solver
Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
Thrives on identification of key processes to gain efficiencies, scale and actively simplifies complexity
You have a drive for attention to detail, high level of craft and excellent creative taste

The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $104,000.00 to $145, Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
