Early Careers Graduate Lead.

The Role
This is a varied role within a supportive and highly collaborative team where no two days are the same.

It's an exciting time to join the Early Careers team as our work forms a cornerstone of our Group wide People Strategy to increase our talent capabilities, fill core skills gaps and encourage diverse talent to join us - this is where you come in


You will be implementing our Graduate Framework and Programme offering Group wide, Working with Senior Stakeholders, Graduates, Specialist teams and External Network Connections to deliver a best in class Graduate solution.


You will work alongside our Early Careers Apprenticeship Lead, wider Talent Development specialists and business partners to understand where our Group Graduate solution best fits within the wider attraction and retention people strategy and tool kit.


The role also requires you to:

  • be the go to Graduate lead specialist for all Graduates, Business Leaders and wider Specialist functions
- identify opportunities for improvement and develop proposals that offer positive change, engagement, reinforcing and underpinning business objectives
- work in collaboration with colleagues at all levels to work on projects that deliver against wider Talent Development milestones linked to our Group wide People Strategy


What are we looking for?
As an experienced Early Careers Graduate specialist you will have the ability to
- build strong relationships, networks and work both independently and collaboratively to understand business people strategy aims to align Graduate offering appropriately
- drive action within an innovative, inclusive and bold Graduate framework that produces excellent opportunities for talent to shine and grow within our FTSE 100 company
- use data, metrics and other information to monitor the success of key Early Careers initiatives
- use impeccable organisational, communication and presentation skills to influence business change
- maximise future talent pipelines through effective delivery of key projects/initiatives including graduate attraction, community management and Alumni promotion
