Due to our phenomenal growth we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Advisor to join our new Sales team based in York.


You will be analytically minded and commercially aware, with amazing IT and organisational skills to help deliver outstanding value and excellent performance across our new marketplace.


Daily Tasks:


  • Build amazing relationships with prospective customers and sales channel representatives.
  • Use direct marketing, networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts or sellers that will complement our existing record.
  • Be an advocate of the Monster Group brand and our amazing variety of products.
  • Overall account management.

Key Skills Required:


  • Commercial awareness to maximise profitability and seek out the best opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Amazing time management you'll be expected to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Previous experience with lead generation would be desirable but not essential.
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience of working in a CRM tool would be desirable but not essential.
  • Forwardthinking, innovative and proactive.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.

Working hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch).


You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • York: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
