Marketing Assistant
The Mayfair Club is a private membership club based in the West Midlands. We are a sports and games club with over 3500 members.

We are looking for someone who can help run our media outlets to help members and non members alike know what is going on.

What you will be doing:

Work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver across all projects and key priorities
Support with general admin tasks and data inputting
Coordinate photography and video for online promotions
Assisting in managing the social media channels, Facebook, Instagram keeping them updated and responding to messages
Writing copy for the website, and web listings
Creating onsite posters and signs to advertise around the club
Learn all about The Mayfair club, what we offer and what we do
Updating the website and adding special offers and new pages
Working closely with all of our staff
Learning Mailchimp and creating regular sales communication
Assistance in preparing for expansion
Responding to questions and reviews
Good understanding and reporting across Google Analytics
Work closely with the Marketing Team to produce on brand content that is relevant and engaging
Identify and drive crosschannel activity

What we'd like you to bring:

Minimum of 1-2 years experience within a marketing role
Excellent knowledge of social media
Strong IT skills are an advantage.
Good knowledge of Wordpress
Good knowledge social media management systems such as Hootsuite/Loomly
Energy you're joining a small team who like to bounce ideas around
Ability to work with own initiative and a 'can do' positive attitude
Creative thinker full of ideas
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and KPIs
Ability to write in brand tone of voice
Excellent grammar and general accuracy in written content
Good communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships on site

PPC and Digital advertising experience
Passion for marketing & design

You will spend most of your time:
Assisting with SEO, Affiliate & Paid marketing.
Exploring new avenues and channels.
Keep abreast of current trends and industry news.
Competitor analysis.
Reporting - Produce performance related reports on a weekly & monthly basis and suggest where improvements can be made.
Ensuring consistency across digital channels.

Salary:
£17,827.02-£20,702.92 per year
