LHH have partnered with a global manufacturing business based in Burton-on-Trent.

My client is looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant to join the team, they are looking for someone who has previous fixed asset experience and is either Fully Qualified or PartQualified.


Responsibilities for this role:

  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with the corporate Fixed Asset Policy and Processes.
  • Recording the cost of newlyacquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposals of fixed assets.
  • Prepare the audit schedule with relation to fixed asset and deal with any audit queries.
  • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.

Key requirements for this role:

  • ACCA/CIMA Qualified/Finalist.
  • Fixed Asset experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role offers hybrid working with a maximum of 2 days from home.
