    The Role

    This key position within the HR, Change, and Transformation community offers a unique opportunity to take a holistic view of the organization and optimize the effectiveness of functions and teams.

    Responsibilities

    1. Collaborate with Digital, Brand, Transformation, HR, and Technology teams to support change activities.
    2. Design change initiatives that reinforce desired organizational culture and behavior principles.
    3. Leverage experience in retail, wholesale, or digital environments to inform change strategies.
    4. Apply understanding of organizational culture and behavior to design effective change programs.
    5. Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and managers on guiding their teams through change processes.
