Description

Starting pay rate £11.00 p/h, rising to £11.77 p/h after 12 weeks. Our client, a leading global automotive glass manufacturing company, currently require a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. There is an opportunity to secure a permanent position after successful trial period. Working hours are on 2 patterns, 08:30 - 17:30 and 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday.

Act as first point of contact for EDC sales and enquiries
Develop & maintain a close working relationship with day to day operations at EDC, including Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Quality & Marketing
Represent customer face within the internal network
Communicate order and shipment information & service issues to both customers & the Customer Service Team leader and/or the Supply Chain & Operations Manager
Manage Aged Debt, taking and chasing payments for your allocated branches.
Work closely with relevant Sales Manager responsible for customer accounts
Develop & maintain customer reporting and measures including fill rate
Take ownership for all customer issues until resolution, properly & promptly
Resolve customer issues before escalation to Customer Service Team Leader
The ability to generate excellent customer relationships & possess key understanding of customer requirements customer satisfaction will be a measure of success
Experience of using SAP or other similar business system
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
The ability to identify issues requiring timely resolution to managerial level
Be highly numerate with the ability to manage large volumes of data
Good interpersonal skills allowing interfaces across the whole business
Tenacious and determined character with ability to drive initiatives forward
