Do you pride yourself on great customer service?

Have a background in Optics? But looking for for flexible working hours to work around the school run?

You'll join a lovely, and growing team of professionals whose standard of work and customer service are second to none.

Your main responsibilities will be working in the call centre department, taking calls in a timely manner and either dealing with those calls or forwarding them onto the relevant people.

There will of course come admin responsibilities with that so understanding the admin side of business, especially with the size of this business, is important.

Forget weekend work, you'll only be needed to work Monday-Friday , however even those hours can be flexible.
