Job summary
We are recruiting for Authorisation Caseworkers - Level 2 (internally known as Authorisation Officer - Level 2) on a permanent basis.The role involves making regulatory decisions and working with data to ensure information platforms are efficient and kept up to date.
Key responsibilities include coaching and supporting others in the team, developing knowledge across varied work areas within a multiskilled team,
and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Casework experience with a focus on making risk based decisions in line with regulatory frameworks.
- Taking ownership of applications to ensure effective resolution.
- Using initiative and workload management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
