Recruitment Consultant

Experienced recruitment consultant required for our newly established business.

Working in more specialized markets, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a strong client base.

Excellent telephone manner, good communication skills, IT literate, pro-active, driven and passionate attitudes will be required for this position.

Based in Grimsby, you will be working closely in a small friendly team and giving day-to-day support to the recruitment director.

Most clients offer TEAMS meetings now to conduct business but there will be a need to visit companies for face-to-face meetings.

This will be classed as a senior role and it is a long-term position with further progression in time.

The hours of work will be 40 hours per week as we are not a business operating 24/7.

The salary will be in the region of £30,000 - £35,000.
