Swindon

Up to £27,000 per annum plus company benefits

Night Shift - 5 days out of flexibility required)

Evoke Staffing have the pleasure to be working in partnership with a popular local food manufacturer who are expanding. This is a genuinely exciting time to join the company as they venture into new operations.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage shifts by leading the team to fulfil the daily goals - quantities, quality levels, health & safety, food safety and productivity.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standard
To manage stock and orders from suppliers.
To establish the weekly rotas and manage staff holidays, along with Production Manager and Shift/Team Leaders
To train staff on all aspects of production, alongside with Training and Development plans
To ensure the Cleaning, Hygiene and Staff Handbook practices are followed by everyone
To implement new practices and lead the change in procedures

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
