What's the role:

We are Global People Services, an integral vehicle of Human Resources delivering a first-class experience to the enterprise. The global team is critical to supporting the employee lifecycle.

From on-boarding new hires into the company, to coordinating benefits enrollment and working closely with external vendors, our aim is simple: provide a platinum level of support to our colleagues and businesses.


You will be expected to utilize our internal ticketing and phone systems to provide frontline HR support to employees across the Americas region.

You will advise employees on topics covering the full range of HR-related programs and policies and assist employees in navigating Workday, our HR administrative system.

You will be required to act with discretion when handling sensitive information. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying trends in employee inquiries and collaborating cross-functionally to implement proactive solutions.


We'll trust you to:


  • Assess and anticipate the requestor's need(s) and resolve within established service level agreements and according to procedures, or escalate as appropriate
  • Provide accurate and timely resolution of employee inquiries, including updating and resolving internal tickets according to defined SLAs
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional manner and direct employees to resources as needed, provide policy interpretation & navigation support
  • Utilize procedures, policy manuals, and other reference materials to assist in answering employee/manager inquiries and resolving issues
  • Advise employees in navigating through employee selfservice and manager selfservice functionality in Workday and troubleshoot nontechnical inquiries
  • Partner with functional areas to support employee inquiries related to all HR programs
  • Provide hightouch customer service that meets expected service levels and business performance goals
  • Document inquiries and escalate to other parties as necessary while working collaboratively to drive efficiency
  • Manage, accurately collect, and handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones with stakeholders within HR and from other departments
  • Anticipate the needs of the employee, consider the downstream impact, and frame solutions accordingly
  • Build overall knowledge base and update reference and training materials accordingly

You'll need to have:


  • At least 1 year of experience within an HR client facing environment or similar experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and tact in highpressure settings
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and act responsively
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining solid stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in managing difficult conversations
  • Proven capability to multitask, manage large volumes of work, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good judgment and the ability to be proactive and use your initiative to seek out solutions
  • Curiosity to learn and seek feedback to continuously grow and develop skills, stretching outside your comfort zone
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
