Marketing Data Officer


We're currently recruiting for an ambitious individual to join our team within the Marketing department responsible for attendance and inclusivity at our conferences.


We're looking for a proactive addition to the team whose task it will be to ensure our policy conferences are as inclusive as possible and no interested parties are left out of discussing important developments.

Your work will directly shape the attendance of those involved in our events.


The role:


  • Working on a range of conferences of varying sizes and topics across a number of different areas of policy
  • Analysing data to directly manage the selection of invited delegates
  • Construction of mailing lists for each conference making sure that all relevant parties
  • Continuously expanding our potential audience and guiding our data entry department on the most important and appropriate areas to focus on
  • Researching which sectors are affected by upcoming policy and amending our marketing approach accordingly
  • Using initiative in brain storm meetings, to come up with key stakeholder groups for our existing events and new ways of expanding the reach of our conferences.
  • Training to become a technical lead for our virtual conferences, ensuring the smooth running on the day.
  • A desire to work with and learn about new areas of public policy
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to work creatively and map the complex relationships between different points of view
  • To be at ease with technology you'll be working with customised software tools to support the analysis and mailing list production
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent selforganisation and time management skills.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch, working from home however you will be needing to be able to commute to in-person meetings.

Mostly based in Bracknell.
